Villa
Cipressino Villa Tuscany is an elegant housing solution for up to 12 people very close to the historical centre of Poppi.
When you rent our villa, our apartment is included, so you will be the only guests in the premises.
At your arrival you will leave your car in a free private parking available on site where it is possible to charge electric cars upon request.
All the major tourist attractions in Poppi can be reached on foot, however, we recommend you to come with your own car to comfortably visit the surroundings and the most beautiful and famous cities of Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Arezzo etc.
GARDEN AND POOL
The vast garden of Il Cipressino Villa is partly shaded by high trees, equipped with tables, chairs and beach lounge chairs.
Everything you see in the pictures is at your exclusive disposal, including the pool (4x9x1.10 meters) from we which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Castle of Poppi.
Under the arcade at the first floor you children will find an original Garlando foosball that will make their stay much more fun.
Bedrooms
Cipressino Villa Tuscany has got five bedrooms.
There are two double bedrooms; one bedroom; a triple bedroom; a single bedroom; and a bedroom that can host up to four people.
All the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor except for the last one which is on the 2nd floor.
All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and each one has its own wardrobe, but only the two double bedrooms are provided with a TV.
To make it darker while you sleep you will find typical Tuscan green shutters in all the bedrooms except for the triple one, which has curtains.
Kitchens and dining room
Cipressino Villa Tuscany has two fully equipped kitchens where you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwashers.
In the parking at the ground floor a concrete barbecue is also available.
Guests can eat their meals where they prefer: there are tables and chairs for everyone both inside and outside the house.
Cucina
La cucina è dotato di quattro fornelli a gas, cappa aspirante, un forno elettrico, un frigorifero con freezer e la moka.
Ci sono anche una lavastoviglie ed un ventilatoreper rinfrescarsi nei giorni più caldi. Dalla cucina potrete accedere ad una terrazza esterna dove si trovs un barbecue con pietre laviche ed una piastra
BAGNO
Il bagno è dotato di lavabo, wc, bidet, doccia e asciugacapelli. Troverete sapone, bagno doccia, shampoo e balsamo direttamente sul posto.
Bathrooms
In the villa there are three different bathrooms.
You will find a bathroom at the ground floor equipped only with wash basins, toilet and bidet; and two bathrooms at the first floor, both provided with a shower and only one with also a hot tube.
Bed sheets and a set of towel for each guest are included in the price.
Living room
At Cipressino Villa Tuscany there are many spots where you can relax both inside and outside.
For those who prefer staying fresher, a living room could not be missing.
In the middle of the living a grand piano stands and on its sides there are a comfortably warm majolica Thun wood stove and two sofas from which you can watch TV and enjoy the view of the blooming garden.
