Upon arrival, you can conveniently park your vehicle in our free private parking area.
While all major attractions in Poppi are easily reachable on foot, we highly recommend arriving with your own car. This allows you to explore the stunning Tuscan countryside and visit the region’s most iconic cities, including Florence, Siena, Pisa, and Arezzo.

The expansive garden of Cipressino Villa is the perfect place to unwind. Partially shaded by tall trees, the outdoor area is fully equipped with tables, chairs, and sun loungers — ideal for relaxing under the Tuscan sun.
Everything you see in the photos is for your exclusive use, including the private swimming pool (4×9 meters, depth 1.10 meters). From the pool area, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the iconic Castle of Poppi—one of Tuscany’s hidden gems.
Families with children will especially appreciate the covered arcade on the first floor, where an original Garlando foosball table offers extra fun and entertainment for kids (and adults!).
Spacious and Comfortable Bedrooms at Cipressino Villa Tuscany
Cipressino Villa Tuscany offers five spacious and comfortable bedrooms, making it the perfect accommodation for large families or groups.
The sleeping arrangements include:
Two double bedrooms
One triple bedroom
One single bedroom
One large bedroom that can accommodate up to four people
All bedrooms are located on the first floor, except for the quadruple room, which is on the second floor. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a private wardrobe, ensuring a relaxing and organized stay. The two double bedrooms also feature a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
To enhance your sleep, traditional Tuscan green shutters are installed in all bedrooms—except for the triple room, which has curtains.
Fully Equipped Kitchens and Dining Rooms
Cipressino Villa Tuscany features two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for guests who love to cook during their stay. Each kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher.
For outdoor cooking, a built-in concrete barbecue is available in the private parking area on the ground floor — ideal for enjoying Tuscan-style grilling on warm evenings.

On either side, you’ll find a cozy majolica Thun wood-burning stove and two comfortable sofas, where you can watch TV or simply enjoy the peaceful view of the blooming garden just outside.
